If you require express or courier delivery email wicks@empirewick.com before placing your order.
Orders are shipped by Royal Mail standard Air Mail.
We aim to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt 6 days a week.
Upon dispatch Royal Mail confirm your order has been dispatched, depending on which service is used you may receive a confirmation email with tracking information, this varies from country to country.
We retain proof of dispatch and in the event of loss we assist in postal claims.
